Your first steps, made simple.

How do I create a new account?

Click on the Start Free Trial button. Fill in your name, phone number, and company name to immediately access your 14-day free trial.

How do I add my company logo and GSTIN to invoices?

Go to Settings > Company Profile in your dashboard. Upload your business logo, authorized signature, and enter your 15-digit GSTIN number. All future invoices will automatically print with these details.

Can I import my existing product stock from Excel?

Yes! Navigate to Inventory > Items > Bulk Import. Download our Excel sample template, fill in your product details, HSN codes, and initial stock quantities, then upload it to import hundreds of items at once.

How do I send invoices directly via WhatsApp?

After saving an invoice, click the Share > WhatsApp button on the invoice preview screen. You can send PDF invoice links directly to your customer's WhatsApp phone number in one click.

Does Easy ERP support thermal printer receipt formats?
